Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the recruitment department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
