Description:
STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for undergraduate and graduate admissions, including digital and print strategies.
Collaborate with the admission teams to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and increase prospects, inquiries, and applicants for undergraduate and graduate admission.
Coordinate with other departments to align marketing strategies with institutional goals and initiatives.
Maintains a communication calendar that includes all stages of the admission cycle from prospect status through enrollment.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
Guide the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Ensure content is consistent with institutional branding and messaging.
Develop and expand drip marketing campaigns for prospects, inquiries, applicants, accepted students, parents, school counselors, and other relevant groups.
Digital Marketing:
Make recommendations for the undergraduate and graduate admission sections of the website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for prospective students.
Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media advertising, and email marketing.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Monsido, and social media insights.
Event Promotion:
Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing recruitment strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the admissions team, marketing department, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing services, if applicable.
Works with social media faculty fellow/s and social media intern/s to develop and guide appropriate content strategies.
Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of ten years previous experience in higher education marketing. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is essential.
