Sr Staff Experience Designer

Description:

Must-haves:
8 or more years of experience and/or training in design or a related field

College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Effective communication skills and ability to think through complex systems

A real passion for collaborating across many subject areas

Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering team

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Passion for painting and drawing

Experience with illustration

Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge around and passion for accessible and inclusive design

Experience working with existing research, conducting your own research, presenting results, and acting on those results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,200 -- $278,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
