Description:
Sr. Sales Development Representative is responsible for directly impacting the growth and success of our financial, retail, and media teams through the generation of qualified sales meetings. Working closely with the leaders of our sales team and marketing team, the Sr. Sales Development Representative will set monthly targets and optimize efforts to generate the highest qualified meetings and opportunities amongst various target audiences. The Sr. Sales Development Representative will also be responsible for developing turnkey reporting systems and analysis for cross-channel sales & marketing optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize qualified monthly meetings across Financial, Retail, Media & International divisions.
- Manage custom inboxes, nurturing leads to secure meetings with qualified prospects.
- Qualify leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel.
- Collect feedback on meeting quality.
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
- Develop and manage lead generation programs to drive opportunities for the sales team through collaboration with key partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
- Collaborate on the development of sales materials in support of business development efforts and campaign messaging for the various outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
- Ensure legal compliance and approval of all outward-facing elements (platforms, content, data)
- Create processes and manage outbound email automation platforms, strategies, and campaigns to drive qualified meetings.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team.
- Analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools including integrated marketing and sales dashboards, visualizations and presentations that drive data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling across all sales and marketing channels.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years related experience, marketing or advertising experience preferred.
- Experience maintaining a view of the overarching picture, while going into
- Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRMs, sales, and marketing automation platforms and cold email compliance on a global scale.
