Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns for hit franchises and series across Showtime/ MTV Entertainment Studios
  • Identify campaign goals based on role of the show ie. viewership, branding, sales, comms, etc.
  • Work alongside Media & Research teams to identify key audiences opportunities and determine critical metrics and KPIs
  • Develop the campaign roadmap and key beats from start to finish
  • Including but not limited to: Announcement plans, creative deliverables (trailers, teasers, graphics packages, posters, sneaks, talent engagement), timing and alignment across platforms, etc
  • Maintain strategy alignment and priority management throughout project
  • Identify and manage cross company-company opportunities
  • Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance campaign reach and impact
  • Work closely with series and talent team to ensure their vision and goals are reflected in the marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Communicate campaign updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer trends and behaviors, and use insights to inform marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in entertainment industry, ideally at a streaming, social or linear platform
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating cross-functional organizations
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Comfortable working across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team, mentor, encourage and lead others, proactively gather consensus from multiple internal partners, and be able to change tasks quickly based on shifts in priorities or urgent deadlines
  • Have a creative outlook; are constantly looking for new ways to delight and inspire audiences
  • Easily understand social, audience, and viewership data in order to make informed campaign decisions
  • Ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the details
