Description:
- Lead the seasonal campaign work for our Summer promotion. Building strategies to deepen connection with our customers and balance short-term and long-term marketing priorities across all communications channels.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for key company initiatives - proactively identifying new opportunities to support engagement throughout the year.
- Develop and implement marketing research plans in partnership with Consumer Insights & Analytics to inform Go-To-Market strategies and creative briefs.
- Manage the creation of marketing briefs, guide, evaluate creative work with our agencies, ensuring output is on strategy and on budget.
- Partner with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects and resolve issues. Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and conflict is resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.
- Lead the development of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps and marketing business cases for new programs or initiatives.

Summary of Experience
- Progressive experience in product or brand management. 5-7 years
- MBA strongly preferred.
Basic Experience:
- Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management with a deep understanding of marketing trends, channels, innovations, tools and technologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of media principles/metrics and experience leading marketing plans across channels, with expertise leveraging owned, social and paid media to influence customers
- Agency management experience and a track record of leading cutting-edge creative campaigns to deliver on business goals and objectives.
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously to independently drive projects/initiatives
- Analytical mindset/skills; able to leverage data to develop strategy, evaluate performance, draft measurement plans, identify optimizations, etc.
- Project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership (internal and external)
- Superior ability to draft and craft presentations (decks)
- Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group. Ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross functionally
- Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspective on existing solutions.
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
