What you need to know about the role: We are seeking a results-oriented (Sr) Manager to work across PayPal in the delivery of broad development investments including executive and leadership development, coaching, and assessment. This role will work closely with leadership, people business partners and other members of the People and Places organization to successfully deliver talent assessment, coaching administration, and promotion practices. Additionally, this position will have a primary role in project management and go to market activities and materials. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading programs at scale, from needs identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal customers and external best practices.

Your day to day
 

  • Partners with leadership to develop a long-term development approach that addresses various stakeholders from executives to front line leadership.
  • Supports the delivery of coaching and assessment at scale, while driving development actions as identified.
  • Responsible for preparing go to market materials and protocols, program management, communications, stakeholder engagement.
  • Standardizes and drives broad enhancements related to coaching effectiveness, technology, data and insights.
  • Creates manager readiness approach for assigned domains, with specific focus on improving capability and accountability.
  • Provides ad hoc project-based support to broader Talent and Belonging team.

     

What do you need to bring:
 

  • 7+ years of formal experience in a Talent Center of Excellence, ideally working with assessments, talent development and/or coaching
  • Strong background with vendor management.
  • Expertise in areas of assessment, coaching and development.
  • Experience with Hogan assessments required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent data analysis capability, with particular focus on data-driven insights and actions
  • Must be able to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Track record of success in a results-oriented HR role with broad influence across an HR function.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
