Airbus Co mmercial Airc r aft is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager to join our HR Digital department based in Herndon, VA or Mobile, AL.

The Human Resources Information Systems Manager (“HRIS Manager”) is responsible for leading major HR system process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation and maintenance of data standards, reporting and analytics. The HRIS Manager closely collaborates with stakeholders and senior team members to assist in the research, analysis and coordination of HRIS project implementations, enhancements and upgrades. This position will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation, North America.

You will be part of a team defining & delivering business oriented solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility
