15 years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably in Project and Product Management toolsets
Expertise in Jira Data Center implementations – must have done at least 2 full implementations of Jira
Exceptional ability to communicate with Engineering teams as well as Business functions (Marketing, Sales, Legal etc) [Internal Customer Teams]
Business Requirements document – Map their current or future workflows, units of work, work transitions/states, approval needs, custom fields, integrations etc.,
Solution Document – Determine the best Jira project type, issue types, screens and other Jira configurations – push towards standardization and out-of-box capabilities instead of complex customizations
Work with implementation team to implement the Solution, test it, collaborate for UAT and migrate to production
Train the internal customer teams on the implementation
Help with initial onboarding and coach for usage
Transition to L2 Support team after Hypercare period
Expertise in other Atlassian products such as Confluence, Bamboo, BitBucket will be a huge plus
