Responsibilities
- Execute Graphic Team Tasks. Handle directly assigned ‘Creative’ tasks and supplement with other high-priority tasks as identified in Admin System’s queue.
- Art Direction - The Sr Graphic Designer will oversee larger design projects.
- Discuss Project Requirements with Stakeholders. Assist project stakeholders in understanding design limitations. Guide successful approaches with regards to imagery and messaging to improve customer experience.
- Performer Documentation - Responsible for capturing model names and IDs to remain compliant with code 2257.
- Ideal candidate has design instincts and is able to rationalize design choices while communicating vision to others.
Qualifications & Experience
- Familiarity with the production of motion graphics.
- Mastery of design principles and clear communication skills.
- Able to work with established brand charters and possess the skills to develop new style guides and process documentation.
- Layout - Ability to establish a clear hierarchy of elements on a page. Balanced and easy to follow.
- Typography - Can identify font types and knows which fonts to pair with other visual elements.
- Color - Knowledge of color theory and ability to create pleasing visuals.
- Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain choices.
- Must be able to maintain quality standards and poses organizational skills
