The Sr Financial Analyst, Pharma FP&A will support the reporting and analytics for US Pharma’s net revenue and margins. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis related to customer revenues and margins. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with different departments across US Pharma.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Complete financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for month-end close activities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance, including net revenue, margins, and profitability trends.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
• Provide support in preparing and delivering monthly financial presentations to business leaders.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate financial forecasts.
• Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Complete other ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
   

Minimum Requirements
 

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field
   

Critical Skills
 

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A/Accounting with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial results concisely.
• Ability to interpret and transform financial data into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills.
• Highly proficient in financial modeling and analyzing large data sets.
• SAP/BPC experience is preferred.
