The Opportunity
At Adobe Express, we empower users to build stunning content quickly and easily. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity, making design accessible to everyone, and delivering outstanding user experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Designer to join the Adobe Express content team. This role will focus on leading the engagement and partnerships content design pipeline. You will work closely with other designers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to build engaging templates and in-product assets that inspire and delight our users.
What you'll do

Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure cohesive and high-quality design outputs throughout the user journey.

Collaborate with external partners to understand their needs and deliver customized design solutions.

Design Excellence:
Drive the creation of engaging and high-quality templates and in-product assets that align with Adobe Express’s brand and user experience goals.

Maintain and elevate the visual design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.

Lead design reviews, providing valuable feedback and ensuring the team’s work meets the required criteria.

Developing long-term strategies:
Develop and implement a strategic design plan for engagement and partnerships content, in line with Adobe Express’s overall goals and objectives.

Find opportunities for innovation and improvement in the design process and content offerings.

Track and analyze the performance of design assets, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on digital content creation and template design.
