The Senior Change Transformation Analyst is a highly impactful role, focused on driving our digital adoption experience for key personas, our end user adoption measurement strategy to ensure line of sight into process and technology adoption. You’ll be joining an Adoption and Change Transformation (ACT) team, focused on transforming behaviors and mindsets to achieve desired business outcomes for DocuSign.
Success candidates will have a passion for data and leveraging insights to inform change strategies to enable adoption and business outcomes. You will execute with empathy and are eager to drive an enablement strategy focused on right-timed, right-sized digital adoption strategies to increase awareness, adoption and productivity.
Successful candidates will be able to quickly build rapport and trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively across ACT, program and business teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Change Management.
Responsibility
- Hands-on development of in-system guided walk-throughs (WalkMe) by audience (identifying and the technical setup of user segments), right sizing/right-timing enablement deployment in production environment
- Complete validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all WalkMe-related releases
- Partner with our change and communication managers to understand stakeholder audiences and impacts to craft a holistic in-application guided enablement experience, starting with in-take
- Partner with business owners to measure and report out adoption, business, and user sentiment success metrics on a regular cadence to stakeholder audiences (in partnership with ACT leadership)
- Analyze data related to the use of the in system enablement solution (WalkMe) against various key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with ACT leadership and CoE to create a holistic end user experience that’s consistent in messaging, timing, sequence, branding, etc
- Natural problem-solver with proven experience managing multiple unique projects and stakeholder groups
Basic
- 4+ years of combined hands-on digital adoption or learning development experience (i.e. WalkMe, SFDC In app guidance, Oracle guided learning, etc.) and communications development to enable large scale transformation across varied audiences, technologies and processes (i.e. tools to include: Salesforce, Apptus, Gainsight, Oracle, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience defining success and leveraging data to measure impact and adoption
- Excellent communication skills with the ability engage stakeholders across the organizations, drive consensus and a shared understanding
- Experience creating and operationalizing change networks, communities of super users, etc. to gain insights and drive adoption throughout the enterprise
