Sr Cadd Designer

Description:

Parrish & Partners is seeking a CADD Designer with at least 6 years of experience in airport design. This position will be responsible for performing design tasks associated with all aspects of airport design development while working under the direction of civil engineers. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting project managers and other engineers in the preparation of construction plans on projects within NC, SC, VA, and WV. The individual should possess good communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, and be capable of working with team members in multiple office locations.

Duties:

• Earthwork and site grading design
• Stormwater design
• Coordinating production and development of airport improvement plans, specifications, design calculations, technical documents, etc.
• Calculating construction quantities and developing cost estimates
• Understanding survey data and capable of incorporation of survey into design documents

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with civil engineering development projects
• High School Diploma
• Associate's Degree in related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel
