Job Summary:
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work under the direction of the Associate Director of Compensation and provide analytical support across the organization, with an emphasis on the Hourly side of our Manufacturing locations. Additionally, this role will support organization-wide initiatives and annual processes.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct hourly wage analysis (via market pricing).
- Provide guidance and support on skills-based hourly compensation structures and compensation related matters.
- Serve as a main point of contact for ongoing administration on the Hourly side.
- Analyze organizational pay practices and make recommendations for wage rate changes to ensure equity.
- Respond to ad-hoc compensation related reporting requests.
- Support analytical initiatives across the organization.
- Support and contribute to diverse compensation projects encompassing program design, analysis, budgeting, and program implementation.
- Support the annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring the proper functionality of the compensation planning systems, and conducting analyses to support compensation programs and budgeting processes. This includes Cost of Labor increases for the hourly population, and merit increases and incentive payouts for the salaried population.
- Review and provide guidance on Workday Business Processes such as Job Changes, Compensation Changes, One Time Payments, and Position Management processes.
- Participate in compensation surveys and maintain an up-to-date market data database.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Center of Excellence teams on compensation-related matters including job evaluations, job descriptions, promotions, salary adjustments, etc.
- Support maintaining up to date job catalog across the organization.
- Support and monitor the Corporate Compensation inbox and triage as applicable.
- Support reviews, audits, and testing for Compensation related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation, including FLSA, EEO, and pay equity standards.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend applicable changes to processes and policies.
- Support communication and change management efforts for compensation programs, facilitating understanding across the organization.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity, flagging and resolving inconsistencies when appropriate.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
