Description:
Role:
- Provide primary support of Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Provide support to internal HR support team to help answer employee ESPP inquiries
- Work with Payroll to ensure all contributions are in the payroll system and contribution files are accurate
- Assist with the day-to-day administration for global equity plan
- Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of all equity programs
- Interact with the legal team for SEC related matters and filings for equity plans
- Support annual SOX testing and internal/external audits that impact equity program administration
- Assist is creation of Proxy equity compensation tables
- Provide participant support and distribution of participant communications
All About You:
- Equity compensation administration experience
- Experience with Morgan Stanley equity administration platform is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to plan for and manage multiple deliverables concurrently
- Highly skilled in Excel; Proficient in MS Word
- Strong attention to detail, strict adherence to plan rules, confidentiality, sensitivity to strict deadlines and sense of urgency in resolving participant issues
- Strong risk management and control mindset
- working with third party vendors
