Position responsibilities

  • Establishes growth frameworks to drive account management and establish T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships. Oversee strategic sell through of T-Mobile through key business technology partners and their distribution partners. This includes selling through top tier Value Added Resellers (VAR’s), System Integrators (SI’s), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), and Managed Service Providers (MSP’s).
  • Communicates sell-through programs back through Channel Management team and direct team
  • Achieves growth targets while protecting existing relationships and book of business. Accountability for commission accuracy, sales reporting, and data analytics for client and their partners. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  • Stays abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborates as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. (required)
  • 7-10 years of experience in selling into and/or through key industry partner clients (required)
  • 4-6 years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions, use cases, and development for defense community and government clients (required)
  • 4-6 years of experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients (required)
  • 4-6 years of experience in the Military or Government Service preferred
  • Experience in Negotiation, Business Analysis, Strategy & Business Acumen required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
