Job Overview
The Sr Account Executive, National Partner Solutions is an industry expert in driving innovative sales strategies through relationships with key business partners. The Sr. Account Executive establishes T-Mobile as a partner of choice with client partners and nurtures ongoing engagements. They lead strategic client account initiatives, manage and grow client relationships and develop strategic growth propositions. They work back through our channel and direct teams to lead all elements of programmatic work that drives sell-through programs. In addition to sales, they also manage and maintain operational excellence through commissions, invoicing, and sales reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes growth frameworks to drive account management and establish T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships. Oversee strategic sell through of T-Mobile through key business technology partners and their distribution partners. This includes selling through top tier Value Added Resellers (VAR’s), System Integrators (SI’s), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), and Managed Service Providers (MSP’s).
  • Communicates sell-through programs back through Channel Management team and direct team
  • Achieves growth targets while protecting existing relationships and book of business. Accountability for commission accuracy, sales reporting, and data analytics for client and their partners. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  • Stays abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborates as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • 7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • Business Acumen Strong business acumen; incorporates overall objective in developing strategy and decisions. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
