Specialist Production

Description:

Coordinates all aspects of operations analysis, KPI generation and trend assessment. Responsible for ensuring that all production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety goals are tracked, analyzed and reported. Reviews production schedules, assesses work force requirements, and monitors production performance.

WHAT YOU'll BE DOING

• Assist all Site Managers in data analysis, data mining and comprehension; Establish and monitor production plans; Maintain accurate cost and inventory data; Calculate and analyze all productivity, delivery and material data
• Assist in the development and analysis of capital investment projects
• Other duties as assigned by the ready mix division's managment team
