About This Role:Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Space Management Analyst. The person in this role will support the Facilities Space Management Team.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the planning and execution of personnel moves (personnel and equipment) within PHD.
  • Track Local Personnel Administrative Tool (LPAT) move completion for server data accuracy.
  • Maintain facilities documents including filing, archiving, and purging related databases and logs, including data entry and updates, and verifying input accuracy.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze personnel and material movement.
  • Roll out Archibus software in support of space management.
  • Daily Service Now Software ticketing system entry to support command personnel movement
  • Support the procurement process utilizing the Procurement Resource Tool (PRT).
     

The Need-to-Have Skills & Qualifications:
 

  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Clear communicator both written and oral.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience performing data analysis.
