Description:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Possess a high level of technical knowledge of specific offerings and act as technical subject matter expert.
  • Assign sales products and/or services to sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with other sales groups to identify opportunities for overlay sales.
  • Provide leadership to drive maximum sales revenues and attain corporate objectives.
  • Understand Lyric solutions, manage technical relationships with technology partners, and automate SHDS solutions and workflows
  • Achieve new revenue and profit growth by incubating and launching technology-driven automation integrated into Lyric services and as stand-alone Software as a Service solution
  • Partner with sales, operations, solutions, and marketing to identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage results for key corporate initiatives
  • Trusted advisor and expert to the industry, clients, sales, and solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 3+ years pre-sales experience
  • A deep understanding of integration technologies, patterns, and practices
  • A good understanding for SaaS based software and key concepts related to infrastructure, security, and operation
  • A good understanding of Enterprise Architecture
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to perform under pressure in a professional manner
  • Desire to work and experiment with new technologies
