We are seeking a Software Support Analyst to provide first-line support for CRM and TEA Help Desk systems. This role involves troubleshooting, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), developing training programs, and ensuring smooth system operations.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 4+ years using Atlassian Jira (Service Desk & Software)
✔ 4+ years in end-user software testing
✔ Strong communication & troubleshooting skills
🔹 Preferred:
✅ Experience with Zendesk Help Desk
✅ Familiarity with MS Modern Requirements
