• Participate in Agile ceremonies, design and develop strategies in an enterprise environment.
• Interact with business and project teams to understand requirements and functional specifications.
• Understand the business process and ensure competencies between PeopleSoft and HCM Cloud environments.
• Use Oracle business process and provide necessary solutions as per the conversion process from PeopleSoft to Cloud.
• Identify test requirements from specifications/Product. Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases and participate in requirements walk-through meetings.
• Develop Automation test scripts using Selenium and TestNG Framework.
• Author and Execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios using Jira, Zephyr, HP ALM.
• Perform database operations like writing SQL queries using tools like TOAD.
• Perform standalone and integration testing with internal IT applications and ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify application issues during testing and works with project team/internal IT staff and appropriate stakeholders to determine resolutions
• Creates test data with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test application logic and verify system flow standalone and integrated with other internal IT applications.
• Work with offshore team to allocate work, follow the progress of work and help assist with clarifications.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies.

• Publish daily/weekly status reports.

Qualification:

• This job requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and relevant experience
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Quality Assurance
