We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives within our Technology Team. This role involves creating and executing QA test plans for software, hardware, and hybrid product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive quality assurance initiatives as the QA Lead.
• Verify initial testing and ongoing quality metrics for hardware, software, and hybrid product solutions.

Qualifications:

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Experience with one or more software release delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, or COTS enterprise software).
• Experience creating and executing QA test plans for software (manual and automated).
• Experience creating and executing QA test plans for hardware products.
• Experience participating in a high-performing, highly engaged, and motivated team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities.
