Software Engineer In Test

JOB DUTIES: Design, develop, and maintain software components. Document software projects that are being developed actively. Develop knowledge of assigned team, technologies, development processes and ecosystem. Participate in code reviews and identify basic issues or deviations from best practices. Test the developed service, performing unit testing and functional testing. Maintain technical knowledge through training or other measures. Test and fix the migrated data making sure there are no data bugs. Coordinate with the ETL (Extract Transform Load) team to make sure the migration is proper across teams. 100% Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a related field and Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include 2 years in the following skills:

• Investigating and resolving application functionality issues and providing support and troubleshooting expertise;
• Understanding of MySQL and RDBMS best practices;
• Knowledge of either JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, NodeJS, or Server-Side scripting languages, and knowledge of version control flow systems (GIT).
