Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain multiple complex enterprise and third-party applications, including developing new components and API’s.

• Develops and executes effective testing plans, at the program and system level to ensure Data Quality.

• Leads research and recommends new products and new technologies, builds prototypes and partners with other departments in IT to pass on knowledge to support corporate business objectives.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members. Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

• Option to work at headquarters offices in Des Moines, IA or work from home office located anywhere in the U.S.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

• 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer III, .NET Solutions Developer, Technology Analyst, or similar duties under a different job title.
