Software Engineer

Description:

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate complex features and systems in detail while advocating for higher product quality and engineering efficiency
• Develop custom/novel software architecture, define use cases, and develop methodology & benchmarks to evaluate different approaches
• Drive the team's goals and technical direction to pursue opportunities that make your larger organization more efficient
• Partner & collaborate with organizational leaders to help improve the level of performance of the team & organization
• Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
• Code using primarily C/C++, Java, Rust or Python
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years experience in coordinating multiple developers
• 5+ years experience in software development across all levels of the stack
