We're looking for a highly motivated and driven Full Stack Engineer with experience and passion for building web applications and experiences used by thousands of businesses and millions of their end customers, to join our small team. What you’ll get to do…
- Be a pivotal part of our multidisciplinary product teams, contributing your technical knowledge and skills to solve complex customer problems efficiently and intelligently.
- Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end systems, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to ideate and execute customer-centric product features.
- Here are some of the recent work that our team has done to give you an idea of what you’ll be doing day to day:
- Built and launched our integration with WiX websites.
- Built and launched our AI integrations powered by OpenAI, which include generating responses to the customer, summarizing conversations, generating FAQ articles, and more.
- Introduced an annual plan.
- Built and launched an integration with Google Business Messages, further increasing the ways businesses can engage with their customers using Re:amaze
- Enabled Email and Social channels in GoDaddy Conversations via Re:amaze’s existing email and social integrations.
- Created migration tools for customers migrating from other platforms.
Your experience should include…
- 2+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, ideally with a focus on building SaaS products.
- Proven track record of making significant contributions and impact to the product and/or the team through your work.
- Experience in direct collaboration with product teams and designers, showcasing a strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and consistently delivering value to customers or users through your contributions.
- Experience building front-end applications and components in React, Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Willing to work on Backend - Ruby, node.js, golang
