Software Development Internship

If you want to be part of a team that has direct impact to the T-Mobile network then join us for this internship. You will be part of the National RF team that is responsible for the strategy of where and how we deploy the RF Network that your phones connect to. As part of your time you will be working with a team of SW developers and Engineers that will be creating software applications and services that will used by National, Regional and Market RF Engineering teams to help them make engineering decisions. You will get a better understanding about the cellular network, antennas and how Radio Frequency is modeled to produce coverage and speed that is understood by everyone.


What You'll Do

As part of your internship you will be learning about near real time software development.

Creation of alarming solutions around our RF Planning tool, Atoll

Automating data and workflow to drive accuracy and efficiency

Work in Infrastructure as code to allow package sw releases

Create and optimize Kubernetes/Container services

Work on Cloud centric SW patterns


Key Responsibilities

You will learn and help document the existing micro service eco system for atoll

You will assess work with the team to determine opportunity on SW automation

You will create, test and deploy a SW feature into our production environment

You will teach others about your SW feature and how to operate it
