Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tier 1 Software & System Support Associate to join our team. This position will directly support the CTO Products Office, which is a centralized, cohesive organization focused on building new and enhancing existing capabilities to enhance our competitive strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Work with a dynamic team of engineers and developers to understand Tier 2 level configurations of existing custom software, systems and solutions
  • Support intake, tracking and resolution of customer submitted issues
  • Facilitate and support incident and request escalations as appropriate
  • Support customers in guidance to published documentation including installation planning, configuration and troubleshooting support guides
  • Support and achievement of established service targets for response, resolution and customer satisfaction
     

Minimum Qualifications:
 

  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • 4 or more years of hands on experience in troubleshooting and support in a multi-functional, enterprise environment (A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for experience)
  • Experience with ServiceDesk Software Technology such as ServiceNow, Remedy or ZenDesk
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
