Description:
As our Social Media Management Intern, you’ll own the creation of short-form content (think TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips, etc.)—from brainstorming ideas, to filming, to editing. You’ll get hands-on experience shaping a young startup’s public presence, and we’ll rely on your creativity to connect with new audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation: Generate short-form video ideas that highlight VectorBI’s mission, culture, and product vision.
- Filming & Editing: Record and edit engaging, polished videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or any relevant platform.
- Scheduling & Posting: Propose or implement a simple schedule for social posts, ensuring consistent brand look and feel.
- Collaborative Brainstorms: Work closely with the founders to align content with marketing goals, share feedback, and continuously improve.
- Analytics & Feedback (Optional): Track performance metrics (views, comments, shares) to identify what resonates best with our audience (not mandatory, but helpful).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a school program (high school, college, or otherwise).
- Passion for social media, you know (and love) the latest trends on TikTok, IG, or YouTube Shorts.
- Filming & Editing Skills: You’ve dabbled in short-form video content. We don’t need perfection, just a creative spark and willingness to learn.
- Strong Communication: Comfortable pitching content ideas and sharing feedback.
- Self-Starter Attitude: We’re a small startup, so an independent spirit and eagerness to experiment is key.
