Description:
As our Social Media Intern, you'll manage and grow our agency's social media presence by crafting impactful campaigns and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. This is a unique opportunity to lead creative projects, learn from industry leaders, and develop valuable skills in social media management, content creation, and branding. You’ll report to the Agency’s Creative Director, working alongside the creative team to lead the agency’s social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
You’ll collaborate across our cross-functional team to:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies that align with platform-specific requirements and consistent brand voice.
- Utilize tools such as Notion’s Social Media Content Dashboard to manage, organize, schedule, and post content.
- Craft eye-catching, engaging, and high-quality multimedia content (including visuals, videos, and graphics) using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Canva Pro.
- Write and edit polished social media copy that reflects the agency’s core offerings and values.
- Conduct target audience research to refine strategies and enhance brand alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, ensuring actionable insights drive decisions (bonus points for experience with Sprout Social or similar tools).
- Stay ahead of social media trends to leverage trending content and foster audience engagement.
- Engage with followers and community members, building meaningful connections to grow the brand.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience building social media strategies tailored to various platforms.
- Proven ability to create cohesive and impactful content that drives brand engagement.
- 1-2 years of experience with Notion’s Social Media Content Dashboard.
- Proficiency in social media data analysis with a proactive approach to using insights to improve strategy.
- 1–2 years of design experience with tools like Adobe Suite or Canva Pro.
- Proficiency in social media copywriting with a keen eye for detail, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Bonus: Experience using Sprout Social for managing and analyzing social media content.
