Minimum 2+ years functional experience in analytics and social listening
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with social media measurement and content
Previous experience in setting up measurement dashboards and frameworks
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations and insights
Prior experience with Instagram and TikTok platform management and content creation strategy along with a strong understanding of the changing trends within the space
Responsibilities:
Manage the social media calendar across all platforms, setting targets and timelines for key brand initiatives and content creation shot lists and production
Establish the over-all analytic framework for social media measurement across all platforms and campaigns
Ownership of daily content strategy and responsible for pivoting in the moment based off trends and performance, with openness to being agile and nimble across all social platforms
Develop a deep understanding of what drives converting video across our social platforms and ecommerce touchpoints (Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube, TikTok, website, paid ads and in-store/experiential) and build SOPs aligned with these best practices
Partner with Creative and Brand Marketing team members to edit short-form videos & photo that elevate brand-level and product-level campaigns and initiatives.
Clearly articulate storytelling objectives and key selling points through your video edits.
Ensure files are optimized for various digital platforms, including desktop and mobile devices
Organize and prioritize projects to ensure deadlines are met and communicated with precision
Manage the library of video assets captured leveraging cloud based tools for asset management
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends/viral moments and video editing best practices
Have a knack for delivering work quickly giving us the ability to be truly agile and take advantage of trending moments
Be a team player willing to work cross-functionally to bring the best work to market
