Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform.
Create and maintain content calendars that align with business goals and brand messaging.
Craft engaging copy, graphics, and short-form video content to maximize engagement.
Monitor and engage with followers across all channels to build relationships and brand advocacy.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion, and to meet overall content marketing program goals.
Stay up to date on trends in B2B social media and implement best practices.
Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role is listed below. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions’ current salary range for this position. US Remote pay range is $85,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD.
The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for B2B organizations.
Expertise in creating short-form video content, including graphic reels.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
Proven ability to develop platform-specific strategies and engaging content.
Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with language services or similar industries is a plus.
