Duties

• Serves as social media manager and creative project producer/advisor of visual information items in support of U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and its major subordinate commands (MSC).
• Demonstrates extensive range of subject matter expertise, artistic skill, and design ability in the execution and formatting of visual material.
• Applies the tools and methods of computer graphics technology to maximize the quality, efficiency, speed, and cost effectiveness of visual information creation, automation, and transfer to viable end products.26
• Advises, coordinates, provides guidance to customers to interpret work requests Coordinates with customers submitting visual information photo/graphics work orders to ensure the most efficient - cost-effective methods of satisfying customer needs.

Conditions of Employment

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
• In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
• Temporary Duty (TDY) travel will be required up to 25% of the time.
• All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
