What you will be doing:
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and original content for various platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters, and ecommerce websites. Develop cohesive visual themes and aesthetics that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand identity. Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance of content.
- Photo and Video Editing: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to edit and enhance photos and videos for various digital platforms. Transform raw footage and images into polished, high-quality content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling goals. Implement creative editing techniques, such as color grading, visual effects, and motion graphics, to enhance the visual appeal and narrative impact of our content.
- Content Optimization: Monitor social media analytics and insights to track content performance and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, including content types, posting times, and engagement tactics.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content plans and strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for content expansion and diversification to reach new audiences and channels.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of our content strategies and campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversion. Continuously test and iterate on content strategies and formats to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Trend Identification: Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and industry news to capitalize on relevant opportunities and keep content fresh and relevant. Adapt content strategies and formats to leverage emerging trends and capitalize on new opportunities for engagement.
What you need:
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling and the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise across major social media platforms including META platforms, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging content.
