Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals
- Develop content for social media platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics
- Develop large-scale social campaigns covering a wide array of deliverables, in partnership with Social Media Managers and clients across several product areas.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, including maintaining an online presence on various platforms, attending industry conferences, reading industry publications, and following and observing social media influencers
- Track social media analytics and report on results, including measuring reach, engagement, and website traffic, and shift design strategies accordingly
- Manage and collaborate with a team of visual, motion, and brand designers, and maintain a high standard of work through creative reviews and mentorship.
- Check in with stakeholders on the general direction of the project during regular milestone meetings and work with operations to set clear boundaries for scope changes based on the revision process and timeline allowed.
- Attend regular operational meetings with Design’s Creative Direction and Operations Managers to discuss high-level, forward-looking strategy, and resolve escalated issues.
- Attend and/or lead cross-functional program meetings and champion relevant initiatives.
- Be the primary escalation point for designers on issues such as scope creep, timeline changes, and branding deviations.
- Partner with Operations to build and iterate upon processes to improve design project intake, tracking, delivery, quality control, and data analysis.
- Ensure projects are allocated across resources to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in social media marketing and brand design
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them effectively
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
