Site Manager

Description:

Hemispheric is seeking an exceptional Site Manager to establish and manage a clinical data collection site in Boston. This site will conduct observational clinical trials to gather data from individuals with mental health conditions and healthy controls. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for mental health research.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Site Management & Operations

• Oversee the setup, buildout, and daily operations of the data collection site.

• Ensure efficient workflow and process improvements based on data insights.

🔹 Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 20-30 people.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

🔹 Partnerships & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary on-site contact, working closely with management in Israel.

• Manage and maintain research partnerships to support clinical trials.

🔹 Technology & Research Support

• Be tech-savvy in handling hardware and software for clinical data collection.

• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, solving challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience managing people and operations.
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
✔ Proven experience managing a team of 10+ people.
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
✔ Must be tech-savvy, handling both hardware and software.
✔ Must be a Boston resident.
