My client are looking for an experienced Transmission Site Manager to oversee the transmission infrastructure for a solar projects in FL.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, construction, and operation of transmission systems.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders for timely, budget-compliant delivery.
- Oversee installation of electrical components, including substations, transformers, and transmission lines.
- Conduct site assessments and address potential issues.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Manage and mentor on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 5+ years in transmission infrastructure management, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
- Experience with high voltage systems (e.g., 69 kV, 138 kV, 230 kV, or higher).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to travel.
