Simulation Software Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Simulation Software Engineer to aid in the development of our simulation toolchain in GM Motorsports. You will help develop the complete toolchain for a standalone simulation tool, starting from R&D to project planning through to implementation of both back and front end. Using software best practices, you will help define and support test procedures for vehicles on track to collect the required data to validate existing models. You will be required to deliver all projects to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Deploying models via the FMI standard and a passion for crafting highly accurate and numerically efficient models is important to your and the team’s success; experience with Dymola and Modelica are beneficial. This position is open to international hiring and remote work for qualified candidates.
