Showroom Manager

Description:

E.W. Kitchens is seeking a highly qualified Showroom Manager to manage our luxury kitchen design showroom in the Michigan Design Center.

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Act as the “face of the company”, which is a critical component of our sales process and provide each client with a warm welcome to our showroom, including a brief summary of our business, products/price-points.

·        Pre-Qualify’ visitors to our showroom and educate both the trade and consumer about our processes and service offerings.

·        Manage day-to-day activities of the showroom and oversee members of the design and design support team.

·        Actively contribute to the coaching, training and development of the showroom’s  team members providing them assistance and support with client issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

·        Fully implement E.W.  processes and procedures and train new hires and contractors as necessary.

·        Provide timely, courteous assistance that keeps our clients’ needs at the forefront of every interaction.

·        Collaborate with our corporate office to maintain a positive work environment that aligns with E.W.’s core values.

·        Conduct individualized monthly discussions with employees, steering them towards their sales goals and offering insights for areas of growth.

·        Coordinate vendor training as needed.

·        Maintain sample and literature organization and procurement.

·        Event planning and coordination for showroom events.

·        Facilitate new relationships with vendors, contractors, builders and designers.

·        Participation in Michigan Design Center activities and meetings.
