Description:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GROWTH - Identifies emerging and growing markets and creates strategies to successfully attain new business. Achieves a growth rate of inflation + 5% over long term
- ACCEPTABLE PROFITS – Achieves acceptable profits by managing key performance indicators:
New Revenue
- CUSTOMER RETENTION – Builds long term business value by attracting and retaining high quality customers.
- BEST PRACTICES - Implements adherence to Company best practices and management of key indicators to ensure consistency.
- ASSET MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL CONTROLS – Prepares budgets, controls expenditures, manages working capital as a percentage of revenue, and actively monitors branch collection efforts as well as investments in fleet and other capital assets and facilities.
- ETHICAL CONDUCT - Maintains legal and ethical standards and projects a proper image while representing the Company.
- TEAM PLAY – Builds positive relationships and cultivates teamwork. Works in cooperation with coworkers and managers to achieve company goals.
- OTHER DUTIES - Performs other duties as may be required.
- QUOTES & ESTIMATES - Assists in gathering information from service technicians, preparing and logging quotes, and acquiring approval from customer and sales.
- BILLING - Reviews service tickets for accuracy (time, material, date, numbers) and assists billing department as needed. Reviews past due accounts with Service Manager. Makes collection calls as needed and keeps notes current.
- PARTS & MATERIALS - Is familiar with equipment, parts, and their suppliers. Assists in the procurement of parts and performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery. Approves AP for purchases to work orders. Confirms warranty parts are returned to the branch.
Education/License/Certifications/Experience-Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor s Degree Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with HVAC, Plumbing and general Service Maintenance.
- Strong background in Sales
