Description:
This position is critical in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth families and ensuring the seamless execution of our family office services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as point of contact for Client or Client Advisor inquiries and requests
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, ensuring their account management and financial transactions are handled with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, Investment Advisors, and other team members to fulfill each family’s unique needs and objectives
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and organization of all client information, adhering to compliance regulations
- Perform daily activities including money movements, transfers, new client onboarding, and account opening with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide proactive communication to team members and identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve client issues while maintaining client communication
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a wealth management or financial services firm (5+ years of experience required)
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience with Schwab services or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
- Self-starter with a passion for serving others while delivering concierge-level client service
- Event or marketing experience is a valuable addition
- In-office presence required in Dallas
