Server

Description:

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Server at River City Roll in Richmond, VA. As a Server, your day-to-day tasks will include taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and sanitary dining area, and handling cash and credit card transactions. You will also be responsible for answering customer questions and providing recommendations on menu items.

Qualifications
 

• Experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus
