How You’ll Shine
Works with internal clients and vendors to develop and document clear, testable requirements, process diagrams and supporting documentation
Troubleshoots issues and provides user and system support as required
Develops custom reports according to business requirements for internal clients and users
Maintains information, content, and configurations within the HR systems
Develops and executes thorough system test plans and UAT plans
Liaises with clients, vendors, and IT to deliver business requirements in HR systems
Leads and attends meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project participants and department leadership
Performs data analysis, updates and data loads as required
Analyzes requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback and gap analysis

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
5-7 years of hands-on technical experience within HR software and processes, preferably including experience with enterprise Learning Management System and/or Performance Management System.
Minimum of 3 years of specific Workday experience, encompassing design, configuration, and testing.
Preferred experience in Workday Learning and Talent Management; Integration and BIRT Reporting would be a plus.
Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Access and Power Platform would be a plus.
Extensive experience in creating and modifying Workday Advanced reports.
