Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a VP -Division Head – Dale Resistors. The VP Division Head is responsible for designing and implementing business related strategy and managing all related Dale Resistor entities. This position leads global business.

Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.
What You Will Be Doing

• Align strategy of the Dale Resistors division with overarching business and corporate strategy.
• Agree with superior level global business targets and results, related budgets, investments, and resources.
• Sets mid term targets for all parts of the Dale Resistor division, decides business and principal infrastructure investments
• Approves business plans and budgets for Dale Resistor division and allocates resources respectively.
• Decides on related globally relevant business cases or claims, as ultimate escalation instance,

What You Will Bring Along

• 10+ years leadership role Electronic Component industry
• Significant experience in Operations, R&D, or Marketing, Customer Relations, Leading Global Teams, Market trend analysis, and Market Development
• Degree in Engineering preferred with Advance Degree (MA, PHD) preferred
