What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a robust strategy for commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve internal revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key companies, research organizations, and related stakeholders that align with our business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners across the Health and Pharmaceutical industry, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct ad sales team, commerce team, health specialists, researchers, and marketing experts, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights specific to the Pharma and Health industry to identify growth opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
- Optimize existing revenue streams and explore new and innovative channels for revenue generation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, partnership success, and overall business growth within the big pharma industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector to identify potential partnership opportunities and disruptions.
- Build a team to support the commercial partnerships workstreams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industries and/or digital media, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong experience in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets and build successful commercial partnerships within the big pharma industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and collaborate cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Knowledge of content syndication and non-DAS revenue models is highly desirable.
