Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax return forms 1040, 1120, 1120s, 1065 for clients.
- Experience in preparing multi state tax returns for business clients.
- Review bank reconciliations (monthly or quarterly), review general ledger transactions, make adjustments as needed, update fixed assets software to assist in the preparation of business tax returns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and good communication skills with clients.
- Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve tax advice and assisting client inquiries
- Must be teachable with a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Experience working in a public accounting firm is a plus.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Preferred 3-5 years of progressive tax experience
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA
