The experienced senior tax accountant role involves offering both immediate and long-term tax solutions for businesses and individuals. You'll handle increasingly intricate client projects with minimal oversight. Though you'll always have the necessary guidance, we won't hover over every task you undertake! Your role will also encompass mentoring and overseeing junior accountants and ensuring the quality of their output. Increasingly, you'll engage and communicate directly with our clientele and autonomously address standard technical challenges.

Your role would entail:

• Undertaking varied accounting and tax tasks guided by a lead, tax manager, or partner, always keeping crucial timelines in mind.
• Offering multiple services tailored to client requisites such as:
• Crafting partnership, corporate, personal, and trust tax returns.
• Advising on business and personal tax strategies.
• Guiding retirement strategies.
• Assisting with estate and gift tax planning.
• Overseeing, training, and supporting junior accountants and fostering transparent communication with the engagement lead, manager, and partner.
• Drafting formal client communication for validation and endorsement by partners.
• Bridging communication between the client and our firm to provide updates, challenges, or any potential hurdles for successful project completion.
• Cultivating the aptitude to foster lasting client connections and commitment.
• Engaging in the firm’s business expansion endeavors, including:
• Delivering exceptional and prompt client service.
• Spotting and suggesting potential service expansion opportunities for clients.
• Creating a referral network amidst professional counterparts.
• Joining partners during client acquisition discussions.
