Senior Stylist

Description:

Chewy is looking for an experienced Senior Stylist with to join our in-house creative production Studio based in Plantation, FL! You will report to the Art Department Manager and will style multiple photo and video campaigns, commercials, packaging and e-commerce shoots. You are familiar and comfortable working within comprehensive style guidelines and creative decks with a superb attention to detail. You are an excellent multi-tasker who can manage several projects simultaneously. You will partner with other stylists, Art Directors, Producers, Photographers and Videographers to bring creative ideas to life. You will be collaborative, an enthusiastic team member who excels at our helping others and has loves working on set with animals.

What You'll Do:

• Style soft and hardgoods, PDP (Product Detail Page) product, wardrobe, prop and lifestyle sets.

• Work with Art Director to fulfill creative briefs and complete assignments.

• Present seasonal trends and designs that will help set Chewy apart from our competition.

• Be a brand representative and product expert for the Art Department when needed.

• Partner with Art Directors and Art Operations Team on budgeting and resourcing.

• Source or create props, furniture and décor elements.

• Research, document and pitch shoppable props, wardrobe, furniture and décor elements.

• Work with the Merchandising team to ensure preparation, handling and tracking of products.

• Support the organization and maintenance of creative supplies, tools, creative elements and work spaces.

• What You'll Need:

• 3 years of styling experience within a photo and video studio, production company or creative agency. Experience styling on location.

• Be proficient in prop and lifestyle set dressing, product lay downs, and on-figure wardrobe.

• Experience in at least one of these additional areas is a plus: prop fabrication, product styling, craft styling, food styling.

• Be an expert at budgeting and record keeping.

• Aspirations to teach and educate others on your process and expertise.

• Ability to follow Chewy brand guidelines and creative standards.

• Be immersed and knowledgeable of current trends.

• Proficiency with software applications used in a creative studio.

• Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work collaboratively, to support Marketing's creative goals and Chewy's goals.

• Ability to work in an environment with all pet types.

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

• Position may require 10% travel.
